Surprise, you are in control of your own reward. You can’t be voted off the island, you can’t be evicted from the house, and you can’t be fired, BUT you can be condemned to eternal fire if you don’t stick to the plan!!!
King Saul was given simple instructions by God, and because he chose not to follow them he lost both his kingdom and his life! What price are you willing to pay for your arrogance, for your stubbornness, or for simply ignoring God’s plan for your life? You can’t have it your way, it’s God’s way or no way at all. Are you willing to lose it all with one choice? My brothers and sister I hope not. Don’t die spiritually because you’re singing, “I did it my way!” Look how far doing it your way has gotten you!
