The words of Hebrews 11:1, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen,” are familiar to all believers. Many sermons have been preached and bible lessons have been taught to inspire believer to lean on and rely upon their faith in God. Despite the fact of growing in their faith many still struggle with moving from hoping or believing that God can do it unto the evidence or the manifestation of what they believed God for.
Remember faith requires us to believe that it will happen because faith is identified as the substance, the material or the essence of hope. In the King James Version the phrase “and it shall come to pass,” is used 120 times – starting with Genesis chapter 4, verse 14. This is God’s reminder for us that everything that he has promised us will be fulfilled, and let us remember that He has promised to give us the desires of our hearts. Beloved let us continue to trust God no matter the circumstances knowing that if God said it then it shall manifest in your life.
A simple Prayer: Father I believe that everything that you have promised me will come to pass. Give me the resilience and patience to wait on your timing for the manifestation thereof. No matter what I trust your plans and directions for my life. In Jesus Name, Amen.
