“‘Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known.’” Jeremiah 33:3 ESV
There is one sound that most of us don’t like to hear, and that sound is a busy signal. Why? Because a busy signal means that the person that you are attempting to contact is otherwise occupied. It means that someone/something else has their undivided attention.
For most of us, a busy signal makes us feel as though we are unimportant to that person, not a priority, or even “how dare they ignore me.” The truth of the matter is that you are not ignoring by the other person; someone else has their attention for the moment, but if you be patient, soon their attention will turn towards you.
However, there is something that Jeremiah 33:3 assures us of, and that is that no matter how early, no matter how late, no matter how often, every time that you call on the Lord, He WILL ANSWER! So, MAKE THE CALL! You will never get a busy signal because when you make room for God, then God will make room for you. During this time of fasting and praying, may the Lord God Almighty hear every one of your requests and hasten unto you. May every need be met, every curse is broken, every broken place is mended, and every sickness and disease be healed, in Jesus Name. Cry out! Call on the Lord, and he will answer you!
