“24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.” Jude 1:24-25 KJV
Do you know what it means to have around-the-clock security? It means that someone is watching over you to ensure that nothing causes you any harm. Around-the-clock security is reserved for the rich and famous or those who occupy prestigious political offices in the physical realm. However, it is not the same in the spiritual realm.
In consideration of the spiritual realm, the Lord has promised to protect his children or those who accept his son as their Savior and Lord. Wow! Isn’t it amazing to know that the Lord values you above all! The Lord God Almighty revealed his character as the “keeper” of all who trust him when he led his children out of captivity in Egypt.
Later, he reminds us in Psalms 121 that if we look up to him and trust him with our lives, he will preserve or keep our souls. Jude should serve every believer as a constant reminder that God will preserve you with the declaration that he will keep you from falling. So fret not when you stumble; be reminded that the Lord is your keeper, and you cannot fall in him.
